Thanks Amber and Nessa - I will try logging my food, but I'm not sure how much it will modify what or how much I eat. For example, yesterday morning, I had some leftover cabbage with lean pork for breakfast. It wasn't much and I wanted something sweet afterward, so I had some nonfat yogurt and added some fresh blueberries. I didn't overeat and I think what I had was relatively healthy. My biggest obstacle is finding time to be more active beyond just going to the gym.

I eat a lot of yogurt, fruit, veggies, whole grains, etc. I try to balance things out and even though I absolutely love red meat, I try to eat it only once every few weeks. I eat a lot of fish and chicken breast or turkey breast. I don't eat anything frozen or processed unless I'm in a massive hurry or I'm dead tired and need something quick. As far as exercise, I think resistance bands are amazing. You can actually just take some rubberbands and hold them in your hands for the same effect.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.
