hello members,

my sister is currently working in hongkong (OFW). but since her employer is mean not even let her have a day off. their so rude and i can't take it anymore. my sister is sick for a week and she need some rest, but sadly they won't let her. so now i found employer for her here in texas. but she don't have any US Visa yet. what does she needs to do to have Working visa so she can enter to work? is the employer have to do this for her? if so what steps? her employer will hire her as a full time live in nanny. but we're clueless right now.
