Nothing needs to be notarized.

Not even the NEW version of I-134.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Don't be so sure about that. I think for I-134 to be notarized it depends on the embassy. Albania for example it wants the I-134 naturazied. The best thing for you is email the embassy.

I think you are right that it depends. The instructions from USEM for applying for K1 visa in Guatemala specifcy that I-134 should be notarized.

06-25-2009: NVC received

7-21-2009: NVC mailed out

7-23-2009: Embassy received

7/31/2009: Medical appt.

9-10-2009: Interview Passed!

9-28-2009: Entry to U.S.

10-9-2009: Civil ceremony!

10-30-2009: Mailed AOS, AP, EAD applications

11-6-2009: NOAs for AOS, AP, EAD

11-12-2009: touch for AP

12-1-2009: biometrics

12-2-2009: touches for AOS/EAD (after biometrics)

12-17-2009: case transfered to CSC (touch)

12-28-2009: EAD ordered, arrived 2 weeks later

12-30-2009: AP ordered, arrived 2 weeks later

1-14-2010: Greencard ordered!

Embassy and Consulate websites tend to be out of date on this issue. The new I-134 is not notarized. They WILL accept it, just like they've been accepting the non-notarized version of the I-864 for the last three years.

I hope you are right but my fiance went to the embassy to drop the documents and the counselor told him that they need the old version of I-134 and it has to be nautorized. They required it.

Crazy but you have to do what they tell you anyway. Eventually, the left hand will figure out what the right hand is doing.
