IPS Driver error

When I tried to click on VJ a second ago, it said IPS Driver error, click here. I clicked it and then VJ opened. Don't know why.

I got a message from a Remote Server Monitoring Program as well. I called the NOC. The server as a whole actually went down (this is the first time this has happened before). Luckily we are on a fully managed NOC with 24/7/365 staff on site so they had the problem fixed within 15 minutes and it was fixed by the time I spoke to them. I did want to tell you guys though that I was aware and this is unrelated to any other issue. Additionally, as a note, at 3AM EST every day we rebuild the search indexes which takes roughly 5 minutes. This means that every day at 3AM EST the site forums are offline for that time. I might consider moving that scheduled cycle to 4AM for PST people.

As a final note, we perform all scheduled maintenance at 3AM EST or later. Any other outages are unplanned and if you spot one please email me at admin at visa journey dot com. We have remote monitoring however it only checks once every 10 minutes.

I thought I placed notice up. Yes, I was doing a routine backup of the forums . I try to take the forums offline on a Friday night (AM Sat) as it has lower users logged on than at other times. My apologies for the trouble -- all is well .
