Lost on what comes next!

I recently received a notice that my husband's (the beneficiary's) choice of agent was accepted by the NVC. After receiving the notice, I logged in online and paid the IV bill. Yesterday, I logged back in and the IV Bill read "paid." Now that that step of the process is finished, what should I be expecting next? I have no idea what the following steps in the visa process are. I know my husband will have his interview in Costa Rica, so it that what comes next? The interview?? And when do I send the DS-230?? I would appreciate any help! :thumbs:

Your next step is to send the DS-230 package to NVC, since your have paid the bill and it is in a Paid status, print out the barcode, and send in the DS-230 package, with the required documents.

So I don't just take all of that to the interview? I have to send it to the NVC first?

If you doing the CR-1, which is what it looks like you are doing, then you need to submit the documents to NVC. It would be in the case of a K-3 visa where these documents would get submitted before or at the interview.

You may want to read NVC website.

These docs need to be obtained and sent to NVC for processing.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
