VSC to CSC approval procedure

Hi everyone. Just trying to understand how the approval procedure works for us, VSC to CSC transferees. Just trying to figure out the sequence of events - i.e. emails/letters of transfer from VSC, emails/letters of reciept in CSC, touches, approval notification (online, email letter). Who got what?

Second question - did anyone get a NOA from VSC confirming the transfer (not just emial/online notice change)?

And last one - did anyone get a confirmation of reciept from CSC in any form (email, NOA, online)?

My case was transferred on 25th of February and i never recieved anything in mail and no CSC reciept confirmation. Should i be worried or not?

I got a snail mail transfer notice from VSC (which was just mass photocopied sheet), unfortunately it went to our old address (even though I'd filed AR-11 and Pending Petition address change). So I got the transfer email on Feb 11th, and the snail mail notice about 10 days later (went back to VSC and they sent it out to new address again, in an old style INS labeled envelope )

I didn't get the email that changes the status to 'pending at the office to which it was transferred' that other people have gotten, even though I had touches after the 11th. My status still says 'This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.' and then says CSC in the body of the email.

There's no reason to be worried.

Somebody transferred to CSC didn't even get the approval email, but directly the snail mail approval.

I personally was transferred on the 25th and just got the email.

I got the transfer notice from VSC (which was just mass photocopied sheet) by mail too. It was after 10 days aprox.

I just got an email notification and the online case status date changed. My transfer date was also Feb. 25, 2009.

Received Congratulations today . Finally. No email from CRIS. Checked my status on line and still says "pending ".

Sent I-751 6/2/08

Receipt at VSC 6/10/08

Transferred to CSC 2/11/09

Approval 3/13/09

Congratulations letter received 3/18/09

Hi,

My case was transferred on 2/11: I received email from USCIS, then snail mail transfer notice from VSC.

My case was touched on 2/11, 2/12 and 2/20.

My case was approved on 3/12

Notice of approval sent to my lawyer. Not sure if they received it on 3/16 or 3/17.

Their office is located in San Francisco where close to CSC.

I just check my status on-line. It still show pending..

For those who has the same time frame as above, I believe your approvals are in the way to your mail box.. It might take another 2-3 days to get to east coast.

Update: I just received the transfer to CSC notice in the (snail) mail. Again, my date of transfer was Feb. 25 and I rec'd an email notification the same day followed by a touch to my case on the 27th.

My wife and I received email notification on Feb 25th that we were being transferred to CSC. A touch on the 2/25, 2/26 and 2/27 and no notification since. Nothing in the mail. I'm not worried at all.

It seems like everyone on here is worried so why not go ahead and worry anyway. Make yourself crazy.
