Biometrics appt letters

At the end of Febuary, I received my first biometric appt letter scheduled for tomorrow, March 14th. All is fine until yesterday, in the mail, my hubby informs me that I received an identical biometrics appt. letter with the day being March 26th!

Both letters look identical and there is no sign that the 2nd one was rescheduling my 1st appt. I intend on showing up tomorrow like my initial letter has stated because I really want to keep my application rolling through this process.

Any thoughts on this? Has this happened to anyone else? Should I bring both biometrics letters or would this confuse these people?!

I would plan on being at the first scheduled appointment, reason being is that you don't want to miss an appointment and if the biometrics can be done then this would be great.

Don't worry about it- just go tomorrow and bring both letters.

I got 3 identical biometrics letters. First one was sent by mistake (closed on 26 of December), so I went to my second one and brought all the letters. Made sure that the lady canceled the other one.

I had my biometrics taken today on March 13th. From what I saw they wouldn't know if you had a dozen letters sent to you. When they feed your detail in the computer they run the bar-code on your Bio-Letter and that is an entry of your Biometrics in the system. My advice is, Definitely appear for the first Appointment. Being in NY, one would assume that the ASC would be a busy place. They took me in an hour before my scheduled appointment and i was surprised to see that the center gave a deserted look. I am positive they will consider your first appointment and take you in.
