Hey Guyz,

My husband just discovered that he missed to put one of his address in the G325A form. He stayed at this address for 11 months but did not remember it when filling out the G-352A form. We only realized this when he got his PCC (note, PCC will say 2006-to present but G325A says 2005-present). The missed address is in the same City, State, Country as he lives right now, both addresses have the same District Police Office also. He has been living at his present address for more than two years.

What should we do when we fill out DS-230 in future? Should we keep it same as G-325A?

We're in process of getting lease agreement from his old address (his PCC proves his current address). We also plan to get a letter from his company's HR department which will outline his stay.

I just don't want to make things confusing (it was hard enough to explain it in writing this post). We also want to avoid RFE's because of this mistake. Any suggestion?

Thank you all.

i believe u should give them a call

its better to issue RFE now than later ....because they may consider this a way of hiding something ..remember that we must be honest

some ppl have mistaes with their forms (including me ) and just let it go and alot it works if the error is not tht big .

for me in my G-325A in the section tht require to put the maiden name of my wife ..i put her name tht carry my familly name instead (just a mistake ) while in the rest of forms and papers all mentioned correctly ..and we decided not to call them as mostly they wnt notice it .but if they will so an RFE will be sent ..

when an RFE is sent it put u in hold mostly 2 weeks till u r in motion again

so this is not a big deal

hope i served ur Question and give u an idea

Good Luck

Should I call USCIS or NVC? My file has already been approved but NVC does not have it.

you dont have to call anyone. just sit tight and forget about it. speak only when asked. just tell them that it was an error on your part. but do remember to put the correct info on DS-230. i had a similar situation and there was no issue. i did not mention all the addresses she lived at on her g-325 but mentioned it on ds-230. my wife's interview is coming up next week. i will let you know how things go but i would stay away from calling NVC or USCIS as all it will do is create confusion.

Thanks cmnb. I'll wait and see how things goes for you. The thing that bugs me a lil bit is, it would look like we're hiding things or lying. When there is absolutely nothing to hide or lie. Anyway, we'll just get the proofs from his HR and lease agreements as a backup for now in case of RFE from NVC.

Keep in touch and thanks a bunch!!! :)

I agree with cmnb. I had an issue with the spelling of a name on the G-325A, but got through NVC just fine.
