HI GUYS MY HUSBANDS INTERVIEW IS NEXT MONTH AND I HAD A COUPLE QUESTIONS.............

1. I READ ONLINE THAT YOUR CASE WILL BE AFFECTED IF YOUR MARRIAGE WAS ARRANGED.....IS THAT TRUE????

2. AND I WAS READING ONLINE THAT YOU CANT TAKE ANYTHING THAT IS STEAL OR METAL INSIDE.....MY HUSBAND USED 3-RING BINDERS TO ORGANIZE ALL HIS PAPERWORK..........THEY WONT LET HIM TAKE THE BINDERS IN SINCE THEY ARE "METAL" RINGS????

3. I GOT THE APPOINTMENT LETTER WHICH SAID THAT IF MY HUSBAND DOESNT BEING THE CORRECT SIZE AND NUMBER OF PHOTO THE VISA MAY BE DENIED..........THE APPOINMNET LETTER HAD A WEBSITE TO GO TO FOR FURTHER INFO....I WENT TO THE WEBSITE AND IT SAID THAT WE NEED A CERTAIN SIZE 35MM AND 44 MM PICS OF HIS SIDE POSE OF THE FACE..........BUT I CALLED THE EMBASSY TO CONFIRM THE SIZE ADN THE GUY THAT PICKED UP SAID THAT WE DONT TAKE THOSE SIZE PICS ANYMORE...............DO WE ONLY NEED PASSPORT SIZE PICS???????

1. As long as your marriage in true, you have nothing to worry about. You simply have to prove that the marriage was arranged but you are honest in the marriage and are not filing for merely green card purposes. If you have sufficient pictures, emails, chats, phone bills, etc, to prove your marriage then you have nothing to worry about.

2. You might want to call the embassy and confirm if you can take a 3 ring binder into the embassy. I really don't see a problem with the binder, as hair clips and watches etc are of metal too so i dont think it would really matter, but it doesn't hurt to call and confirm.

3. As far as I know, passport size pictures are appropriate.

4. It would be nice if you don't use caps in posts as it portrays yelling

i would advise the same exactly ...no problem to worry att all as u can prove that your marriage is genuine ,,and about the pictures u need to use the passport ones ,,tht work everywhere ..but no problem to give a call and find out really
