help..how can my husband call embassy

Hi to all..... How can my husband call to US embassy at 3012000 its a busy phone, can someone tell me what they use to call this number, is it a card or direct dial i tried calling that number but its always busy, although i contacted them twice but it took a lot of time, so im worried that my husband will be having a hard time contacting them. Pls. help me.....thanks

It would always be a busy number so just tell your husband to be patient when he calls or let him try calling around 8:30 AM Manila time.

Let him dial: 011 632 301 2000 ext. 5184 or 5185 then if the voice prompt says operator is busy, hit 0 immediately so you won't have to redial again.
