THE QUESTION ON NUMBER 14, I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE TO PUT MY HUSBAND NAME AND THE DATE THAT WE GOT MARRY IN THIS FIELD? MY HUSBAND THAT THE ONE DID THE PAPER FOR ME TO COME OVER TO US. HE CURRENTLY IN USA. PLEASE HELP ME, ABOUT QUESTION #14 ON DS-230, IF I PUT MY HUSBAND ON THIS QUESTION AND THAN IT COME DOWN TO QUESTION # 21a and 21b .... i am confuse about this part? Please help .... thanks VJ

I am surprise about question, its funny, I am sorry but don't you think that you need to write your husbands name on Immigration form.

You need to write your husband name on Q.14 and marriage date also and also his birth place.

about Q21a and 21b. if he is already Immigrant to USA or a US citizen you don't have to put His name there. just put None (not N/A).

You only put your husband name on # 14, not # 21. Since your husband is already in US, # 21 is only if you have kids immigrate to US with you. good luck.

You only put your husband name on # 14, not # 21. Since your husband is already in US, # 21 is only if you have kids immigrate to US with you. good luck.
