Hi, Good day.

I am glad that I found this site, and it is very helpful.

My family is in the states for almost 2 years and I am the only one who is left here in the Philippines because I age out in the petition.

When my father received his greencard, he filed a F2B pettition for me,

RE: immigrant visa in Manila for _____________,under Sec 203(h)(3) including visa petition with recapture of father's priority date at USCIS,NVC US Embassy.

It was 2 years ago, since it was filed at USCIS

My fiancee is waiting for me for almost 3 years now, and she is asking me what is the status of my visa application.

She wants to file a fiance visa petition (K1) ,because we are not getting any younger anymore, and she wants me to be with her as soon as possible.

My question is this.

Can we file a fiance visa (K1) petition even there is another immigrant petition filed by my father?

I am thinking that it will be a red flag to the embassy that there are 2 petitions for me.

Thank you.
