hi you may want to refer to this link. some alraedy have received it from vermont and sent it back. basically it's pretty much part-c of the new I-129-f form. but it comes out as a supplement...

csc here, some people have a bit of good news. at least from their senators saying that csc will be sending out the RFEs really soon. i think ive read friday... let's all hope it is true.
