OMG your right! ... I forgot about that, knew there was something familiar but couldnt put my finger on it... The User name should have given it away or rather lack off ..

OMG your right! ... I forgot about that, knew there was something familiar but couldnt put my finger on it... The User name should have given it away or rather lack off ..

Thanks for the update, now I understand why she was not so concerned with how to overcome the RFE but rather if it would result in an automatic denial of the petition and how long it would take.

Sorry I wasted my time given an honest answer to what I thought was her question.

Now I find out from the previous post that she wants to know when this petition will be denied so she can have her second fiance file his petition. And I guess if that one is not quick enough there will be a third and fourth fiance until she gets her visa.

Lady, grow up. Stop abusing the system and trying to con ur way into the united states. It took my fiance, whom I love very much and who loves me, more than 2 years to get his visa because of ppl like you.

if we just end up our relationship coz we know theres no way to approved coz of his situation.... if we decide to end up our relationship and just be friends..... does it affect to my near future if i found someone that i meet in person and his willing to petition me...... of about what if???????

So, you are ending your relationship because you cant get the petition approved. Wow, you didnt even have intentions of marrying or even having a relationship with him. Petitions are only approved for those couples who truly love each other. They are not approved just because you happen to find some idiot who petitions you. We went through the same process, got denied because we didnt meet in person. But we kept the relationship and now after filing again and being honest that I petitioned her before we have been approved for the immigrant visa. BE HONEST. You only want to be in the US, love has nothing to do with it. I hope you are imprisoned and fined for the fraud you are committing. You can be charged with attempted fraud as well. Think about what you are doing. After I call the NVC and the embassy you will be banned from ever getting a visa to the US.
