so ur saying it will be automatically deny, wheather he submit or not those docs they ask from him........

if we just end up our relationship coz we know theres no way to approved coz of his situation.... if we decide to end up our relationship and just be friends..... does it affect to my near future if i found someone that i meet in person and his willing to petition me...... of about what if???????

OK LIKE THIS

WE BEEN ALMOST 4 YEARS.. BUT WE NEVER MEET IN PERSON

LAST YEAR HE FILE FOR PETITION JULY.... THEN IT JUST APPEAR THIS MARCH 2009 RFE....

WHAT DO U THINK THEY GONNA NEED FOR ADDITIONAL DOCS?

IF THEY GONNA ASK FOR EVIDENCE PICTURES, TICKETS AND ETC THAT HIS BEEN HERE... HE CANNOT COZ NEVER BEEN MEET HIM ..........

They're going to need the proof that you and your fiancee have actually met at least once before you filed the petition....if not the petition will be denied, so no need to cancel.

That it took 8 months for USCIS to issue the RFE is besides the point. You two have not met....therefore there is not basis for the I-129F, the end result is denial of the petition.

I am confused. You filed and received a RFE? You have not met your fiance? (You should read on the instructions about filing fraudulent information. You could already be in big trouble.)

You have filed and want to cancel?

If you have filed and have received a RFE, then the sponsor should write to where you mailed your application requesting cancellation.

How can USCIS continue the process, the fact on there form it is being asked if they have met within past two years???huh...RFE is more evidence needed right.....Hehehe, you know that its really requirement that you have met together within past two years, so why pursue it if you worry about your future in getting visa???

I've seen one case that was successfull without meeting. It was because of medical reasons. Problem was the pinay only lasted 2 months after arriving in the US and went home.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

How about you do some reading, and stop asking people to spoon-feed you? You've been told, that your fiance filed a petition that was 'incomplete' without the evidence of you two meeting in person...and that the petition will be denied because of it. But now you wanna know what if you meet someone else and they file for you? grow up chick...after your self-confessed 'relationship' for 4 years you let this man shell out $450 dollars for a petition that you yourself knew from the beginning was not going to work. now you're here asking about your near-future if you get lucky enough to meet some fool who'll shell out even more money to come visit you first before filing the petition. Deal with your sick fiance first...be there for him or leave him (that's you choice) but at least have enough respect for the man, to concern yourself with your near-future until you've resolved your existing relationship.
