This question if for a friend of mine. Does anyone have any experience with obtaining a malaysia police certificate. Is it about the same process as Japan (as far as having to request a letter from the US embassy) Do they need to wait to get there MNL case number? Do they even have to get a letter from the US embassy? I tried using the search button but could not find any useful info. Thanks
