I read somewhere that pre-interview i need the OF-169 filled and signed.. WHAT IS THE OF-169 on the Affidavit of Support part?

Marriage : 01-23-2009
I-130 Sent : 03-03-2009
I-130 NOA1 : 03-11-2009
I-130 Approved : 08-07-2009 (148 days)
Interview Date : 11-03-09 (YAAAAAAY!!!!!!)
Visa Received : 11-06-09
US Entry : 11-07-09
SSN: 11-19-09
Green Card: 11-24-09

Removing of Conditions
I-751 Sent: 8-15-2011
I-751 Delivered at CSC: 8-17-2011
I-751 NOA1: 8-17-2011
Early Biometrics: 10-12-2011 (Original Biometrics: 10-24-2011)
I-751 Approved: 11-17-2011

Naturalization

N-400 Sent: 12-17-2013

OF-169 is the document check list that is in packet 3 from most consulates.

For CR-1/IR-1 this is not something needed, K-Visas or DCF (CR-1) use the check list.

You should have sent the required documents to NVC.
