for the DS-156 it states ´Complete two (2) copies per applicant (including your children)´ We are applying for K-1/K-2, therefore we need 2 copies per person. OK. but....

Is it just 1 original, then photocopy? or do i have to do the form 2 times to get 2 different bar codes (originals)?, therefore ultimately filling out the form 4 times (2 for fiance and 2 for step-daughter)?

thanks

To be more accurate make one fro EACH on line and print 2 copies of EACH. The barcode will be different fro each person since the barcode contains the data on the form.
