Ok i really dont know how this work... Came here as a fiancee back in 12/02 got married & even had a child together. been a PR since of April 2004 & will expire on 8/16. But i filed for divorce last 5/2007 & got a final decree last 2/08.The thing is my ex got all the copy of my paper works & told me he dont have it anymore. All i got is my 10 yr PRC

My question is:

when & would i be able to apply for citizenship even though i dont have any copy of my papers?

as haole said 90 days before the 5yrs anniv of your pr card. you only submit the n400 form, fee and passport photos. no need of the decree. did that but was returned to me on my interview..
