here we go we just call the NVC and we told that we need to send the biographic data on passport again because the one we sent ain`t no good so we going to send it again and they said thats all they need so fare so everybody take good copies and review many times before sending just to make sure all of your stuff ok

what exactly was the reason? was it just fuzzy and unclear? did you include all the pages with the name, date of birth , and place of birth?

yeah it was fuzzy and unclear from the photocopier so will scan it and send it back again soon, yeas i did include all the pages with the name, date of birth , and place of birth

as them if you can scan and send a copy in email or you can FAX them. I am not sure but just talk to an operator because this is just a photocopy. not the original. Who knows they may allow you and you can save some time.

I suggest a color scan and then a printout on a color laser printer. This way the image is clear, and there are no issues.

Also, you will probably receive a missing document checklist in the mail, if the operator says it was sent out, you should return the passport scan with that checklist. The barcode sheet in the checklist will allow them to combine what you are sending with the rest of your file.

on the AVR from NVC we got that message they sent the checklist letter in march the 9th but we didn't get it till today until they send us an e-mail today with that checklist letter cover so i guess the post offices all over the world have the same delay or what anyways thanks for all whom helped and will keep each other up to date for helping each other as it always happen over the VJ
