I am wondering if anyone can explain the DS 3032 to me? Should my husband put me down as the agent? I am confused as to what the purpose of this form is. Thanks for your help!

if you are to become the primary contact for your husband's immigration then he would appoint you

YMMV

Are you K-3 Per your timeline OR doing a CR-1 Per your profile??

The DS-3032 gets sent to NVC by the beneficiary so that the petitioner can communicate and send forms to NVC on the beneficiary's behalf. The Petitioner can then act as the beneficiary's agent.

This is posted in the wrong forum, (Work/Travel Prior to green-card) has to do with filing an I-765 and/or I-131 when adjusting from a NON-Immigrant visa.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

If you search DS-3032 in the forums you'll find a ton of information!

Definitely put the U.S. citizen down as the main contact. That way information between NVC (in New Hampshire) and the U.S. citizen's state will go much quicker than going between countries!

You can e-mail it and also mail it out. That's the wisest thing to do. We did both, letter was accepted before the e-mail.

Good luck!
