Tobacco is very sacred in our home. When he offers me a cigarette, I am honoured by him and vice versa.

I absolutely hate the smell of smoke but I'm a smoker. I hate the way it stinks up the house. I don't smoke in the upstairs, I do it in the basement. I wish the husband would follow suit.

It's cuz smokes are a buck a pack over here in MENAland (we're luvvin it at 38 riyals a carton). If you're gonna have a habit it should be a cheap one.

I hate the smell, too. We have a fan blowing out of one of the windows during the day. Screw the heat bill, I'm not going outside to light up every 5 minutes.

Medo smoked when he got here and quit. But he could make a carton last 4 month's I smoke and want to quit badly and he wants me to stop smoking too. But the makes me do it!

I almost always have a window open no matter how cold it is. The husband complains but it's either the window opened or him going outside. Oh and a couple Glade plug ins going in every room.

I don't smoke but Wael does. Thank goodness he only smokes outside and has cut down alot since he came to the states.

I only smoke hookah. George wasnt smoking when we first got together, but he has since started again...he had quit for awhile and was only smoking hookah with me, but when i got pregnant with josh i wasnt smoking hookah so he started smoking cigs again and i reallllllllllllly wish he would quit!

Abdel smoked when we met, but quit within a week cold turkey when he found out I didn't like it. I've never smoked. He didn't start up again until he was here and started working in a sugar refinery where the only escape from the pure torture of his job was "smoke breaks." Even the boss called them that when he told them they could take one. He's been trying to quit again ever since, but never been successful for more than about 8 days. He even tried Chantix when my employer offered it free but it made him violently sick to his stomach.

He only smokes outside, and smokes about 2 packs in 3 days. He knows I hate it and am allergic to it, but until he's able to get a job away from an environment where breaks are for smoking there really isn't much chance of him quitting and we both know it.

I smoke very little hookah but enjoy it when i do. Kamal don't like me doin it so i only do it in a group setting. HAHA Like Arab Fest! Anyway I heard that smoking hookah is worse than cigs.
