We already recived the NOA 1 and My husband is going to send the I 129 F in few days but we have a doubt ... do we have to pay or send a pay check with the I 129f forms and all the required documents? if we need to pay how much will be ?

Payment as required by USCIS (I-129F petitions for K-3 status filed on/after July 30th 2007 have no fee since the I-130 cost was increased). Use a check so you can track the payment.

Thnks for ur help

Wishing all the best for the February fillers !!!!

Nope, you paid for the I-130 already and you don't need to pay for I-129f double check the guidelines on how to prepare an I-129f before sending it , good luck....

Once you receive the NOA1 for the I130 and your preparing the I-129F packet make sure you add a copy of the I-130 noa1 because thats your reciept for the $335. also in the cover letter list the payment fee and include a copy of the check or money order (whatever you used) to make the payment for the I-130

You dont have to pay any fee to file for I-129f. One small little suggestion stand alone I-130 gets approved faster then going for k3. Recent trend at vermont service center has shown stand alone I-130 gets approved within 3-4 months compare to k3 6 to 9 month.

The fee for the I-129F for spouse is calculated first in time, added time before you are reunited and in later fees for adjusting status, but you don't send a check when you make the big mistake of sending it in.

If you want an immigrant visa, don't file an I-129F for spouse.
