The DS-3032 on the government site has an EXPIRATION DATE: 12/31/2006. Will this work? I can't find a DS-3032 with a more updated expiration date.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Has anyone went ahead and emailed the DS-3032 before they received a bill for it from the NVC? I have my received my NVC # yesterday but as far as I know I have yet to receive a IIN (Invoice Identification Number).

Again I have my NVC case number just not my IIN (Invoice Identification Number).

Can this DS=3032 form be emailed/mailed before I receive a bill and a IIN (Invoice Identification Number)?

Yes if you have your NVC case number you can do the email. we got our case delivered to NVC on Feb 2 and emailed the DS-3032 the next day when we got our case number and a little over a week later we got the approval of DS-3032. Dont wait on the NVC to send the hard copies. Be prepared for each step ahead of time. Look at the shortcuts for NVC on the wiki link. We got thru NVC in 15 days after approval of DS-3032 using the short cuts.

look at our time line to get an idea of the pace of things by being prepared.

The IIN number isn't needed until paying the AOS and Package IV bills. also go ahead and download the I-864 and DS-230 packages at the NVC website and get those documents gathered so as soon as you get the AOS bill(with IIN number in it) you will be able to pay both bills online and 2 days later you can mail those packages in when the bills show payed and you can print the cover sheets.

Hi good morning! I'm a new member in this forum, but I have been reading your case for a while. Congratulations!!!

I have a question, I'm a LPR and I petitioned my wife from the Philippines I-130. First I received the NOA1, that was really quick, Then yesterday I received an email saying that they sent me a letter notifying that they already approved the petition. I belive this will be the NOA2. What would be the next step for me? How will the AOS and DS3032 be generated? Please also keep in mind that im not a US citizen but only a Greencard.

If anyone can enlighten me. please reply asap. Thank you much in advance!
