All,

We received the NOA2, but I lost my job a few months ago. Now I have found a new job and I am wondering if they will accept my official job offer letter (signed on company letterhead)? Also, I will only have one or two pay stubs at most to send in -- will that be a problem? Thanks everyone for your assistance.

No problem as long as you have proof of employment plus most recent years tax return.

Shouldn't be a problem, but why can't you get an employment letter? If you will have a couple of pay stubs, you are employed, so why not? If the offer letter states the salary it should be OK also. Employment letters are optional (but nice) but pay stubs are better, really

My new job won't start until March 30th, then I get paid every two weeks. It would work best if we could have my fiancee do her physical and interview in April. In that case I could have only one pay stub to submitt. I can probably get a letter of employment from HR upon my start date, but it will basically say the same thing that is in my offer letter. I should have my tax return by then.

Thanks!!
