Case complete today, Any Help with Interview date

Our case was complete today! Thank God!

The operator said that we are now on an "interview waiting list," and they suggested we call back the "third week of April to see if the interview is scheduled," considering that they only schedule interviews "the second week of each month." I mentioned that this is the second week of March, (still two whole days left!) and could our interview be scheduled possibly this week? And she said "Oh, no, it's still on a waiting list. Call back next month." BLAH! headbonk.gif

So, what are the chances for our interview date @ New Delhi being assigned in the next two days? I know that many people have been scheduled outside of the "second week."

I'm still hopeful! biggrin.gif

It will depend on if all of the slots at New Delhi have been assigned already or if there are open slots. If there are open slots you have a chance, if there are no slots left, and if someone cancels you also have a chance. Check back with NVC on Friday, and see what happens. Worst case you will have a early May interview date, rather than a late april date.

Can anyone explain me how long does it take to send documents ( for CR visa)from the NVC to the embassy( for example I am from Moscow), my CASE COMPLETE march 11th, and my K3 interview will be on march 26th, so I have only 14 days left, what do you think- is it possible that documents will come to Moscow by this date???????????????If anyone had the same experiance- please answer me, really nervouse about this 14 days left.Thanks to all who can answer.

You are in same situation as I was last month. My case was completed on feb 11th but it was to late to get interview date for march since they already assigned interview so I had to wait one whole month before I finally got interview date for april.

You are in same situation as I was last month. My case was completed on feb 11th but it was to late to get interview date for march since they already assigned interview so I had to wait one whole month before I finally got interview date for april.

There is nothing wrong for being optimistic. I pray and hope you get april interview date but the truth is its highly unlikely you'll get april interview date even if someone reschedule or cancel there interview date.

The chances ar slim, but there is hope. Check back with NVC later today or Monday morning, and see if you were able to get an April Date.

Well, I called NVC again. (I should have their number on speed-dial by now!) The rep said they are still scheduling this week, which is the first time I've heard this from any of the reps I've talked to. She said call back in a week. Yes, I will be calling every weekday between now and then.

On the brighter side, our AVR message has been updated to "case complete" as of today.

Even if we don't get in for April, my goodness, we've waited this long, what's another couple of weeks?!
