he's not joking. the woman is dead, and a rich guy killed her and got away with it. you or i would go to jail for what he did.

It was an accident. He violated the law by waiting so long to report it. He didn't murder her as you claim. There was not ever a question of murder, it was that he broke the law by his actions after the accident.

Criminally negligent in the fact that he should have reported the 'accident' sooner instead of doing a runner and not reporting it until she was already drowned and any possibility that may have existed to save her---was gone......He and alot of his family are a whole tribe of wealthy NOTHINGS! Hell, they got their money from old Joe war-profiteering.....I say if the citizens of Mass want to spend that kind of money on this-let them vote on it ( if they already have not); and pay for it in donations from them.... and not the 'stimulus' money.....

eta-or better still--let the Kennedys pay for their own #######. They can afford it.

The malcontents prefer to make things sound worse than they are. It gives them more to complain about.
