I will be filing form I-131 for advance parole concurrently with the applications, I-485 and I-130. For Part 7 question "On separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole", what should/can I submit? Doesn't filing I-485 concurrently qualify me for an AP? Can I provide a copy of my air ticket as evidence of travel? Please reply...thanks!

It says for bonafide business or something like that, i dont really know what that means. But for my husband's advance parole reasons, i put that he wanted to go back to mexico to visit his family (with me of course), and spend christmas, new years and our first wedding anniversary there, his mother has a heart condition and he wants to spend as much time with her as possible. That was the reason I put, maybe if any of your family or your significant other's family is sick you can put that, or that you want to visit your sister's new born baby or something. Something important. Give a reason, not just cause you want to. Thats my advice anyway. I have not heard of anybody getting denied advanced parole as long as your papers are all inline, so maybe the reason doesnt matter that much, just try to make it look worth it.

You do not need to justify AP when it is base on a pending I-485, all the justification needed it to be able to visit family while AOS is pending.

I-131 is used in many different situations, like a person in the USA as a refugee, or asylum, in those cases part 7 is relevant.
