I-130 for unmarried children over 21 year

My father filed for me in Jul 2001. He was died in 2003.

Later I recieved the approval in 2006.

I would like to know now what will happen in my case.

If mother was a US citizen at the time the petition was filed, then I would have mother consult an immigrations lawyer, and see if the petitioner can be changed on a petition that is in process.

More than likely this will have to be done at NVC if the petition was approved and moved to NVC.
