* Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

* Police Certificate(s)

under Petitioner Documents.. do i need to send in copy of my Birth Certificate .. i am the Petitioner .i applied for my wife .. why?? i will be sending in my wife birth certificate but why mine...

No you dont have to send your BC its not required but if you want to go for it. I didnt send it and had no problem at all.
