We need some clarification on some questions on the DS 230

Question #23 - List below all educational institution attended?

Is it enough the last one (university) or do we have to start from kindergarden?

Question #24 - Previous military service?

I did not serve in the military because i was outnumbered. Should i put not NO?

Question #25. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. (If never, write "never") Give type of visa status, if known.

I lived in the US in 2005 under J1 visa and after that i have been in the US many times with tourist visa. Do I have to list all the times? I do not recvall all the times and it's difficult to read stamps in the passport.

Question #25. Give DHS "A" number if any.

What is DHS "A" ?

I-130 USCIS

10/30/2008 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

11/03/2008 - I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox

11/07/2008 - NOA1 received

Just try ur best to read from the Passport stamps. get help from friend/s who are reading at the passport stamps.

for answer # 23 start from the last institute u attended and fill all the line on the form,if ur answer is more than given lines its ok ,u donot need to attach another sheet for the same question

for answer # 24 write N/A

for answer # 25 u better write all the visits ,because they may verify the information from Department of homeland Security database.I know this because my cousin try to enter USA from Canadian Border,and he wrote on the form that he never applied for US visit visa,they verified this right then and there on the border entry post ,and told him u did try for visa,why u lied to us,and then denied him US entry.The point is they can verify how many times u visited in and out of USA.

DHS A # ids department of homeland security Alien number,which is ur green card number before u became US citizen

I agree with saahfa tell the truth for everything they will check u no matter what. Even thou you are writing down your info they will still check you up.

Question #23 start from high school they don't check earlier than that.

I don't want and i don't have anything to hide on that. It's only difficult to read the passport stamps
