but you are not comparing apples to apples, realistically if you stay in Juarez nothing will happen to you both, the drug war is between drug cartels not against the public, besides and you will be a couple of steps away from the consulate. You never know if there will be an issue in the International bridge and they will halt the incoming traffic and could make you loose your appointment or delay you.
