I completed two of the G-325A forms when I filed the K-1 application. Now that I am married and filing for AOS, EAD, and AP do I complete just one for my non-citizen spouse? Also, if the form is for him, do I list myself as his spouse now and my divorced husband where it ask for former husband or wives. I assume it is referring to the spouse in the previous question.

I'm a bit confused by your question. The G-325A is supposed to be filled by the alien who applies for AOS. And it asks about previous spouses of the alien, not the US citizen. The US citien doesn't need to file another G-325A when an alien spouse applies for AOS. Hope this helps :)

The block under Father/Mother ask for (Husband/Wife). I put my name in as his wife as we are now married. The next block says Former Husbands or Wives. Do I put None in this block even though there was a former husband for the wife?

Ann, you are filling out the G-325A for your husband only, and you will enter your name as his wife using your maiden name. If your husband has an ex-wife then add that info in the Former Husbands or Wives section, if not, state NONE

It reffers to former husbands/wives of the alien, not the US citizen.
