I am wondering if my tax return has to be original or can it be a copy to send for her k1 interview? I also had a part time job in the summer which i didn't put on the tax return, but it still shows i made enough money to support her in 2008 with my full time job. Does this make a difference?

Copies are fine. You can even fax or scan.

By the way there is no such thing as original tax returns!

You send in the original or e file.

Tax transcripts are the best>

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Does it matter if there wasn't a job on there that i did in the summe even though it shows i've made enough to support her?

Are you saying you didn't pay taxes on that money? 2+2=s 5?

NO, I have a new part time job on top of my full time job, so i was waiting on my w2 for my part time job. While i was waiting I just had my accountant do my full time jobs's w2 and we put my last pay check stub on the tax return to send to my fiance because I was in a hurry to get it to her. While we were waiting for my other w2, another one came in the mail from a job i did in the early suemmer for like two months. So every job i did this year has been filed so should i send this one to her with all of my jobs or just keep it as is and just use the one i sent her with my two current jobs on it which shows i make sufficient income to support her?

The original tax return is sent to the IRS and they don't give it back.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
