Its a long journey for us.... but anyway thanks the waiting is all over, my husband & I are now back to each others arms, he is so happy when he meet me at the airport, he kissed & hugs me tight there & i was kinda shy because there are other people there watching hehehhe. Ohh I can sense his excitement, his hands was trembling heheh. On that same day we drop by the house of her sis & introduced me & the rest of his family, they were so nice to me. I find them a very close family too like filipinos. The weather here now is cool to cold I like it, We went shopping already, nice big spaces for shoppers, wide, spacious road wherever we go, no traffic, Ohh i like it here so much...

Good luck to everybody who are still waiting for thier approval ,your time will come soon. I know how it feels to wait n wait but it will just come when you less expect it.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hi mamalou,

I'm happy you finally got there and be with your husband.

I did enjoy talking to you over the phone the time you were still in the Philippines.

By the way, I'm going to fly soon. Perhaps before end of April because I still need to tender my resignation and prepare few stuff in here.

You take care. Have a wonderful life, you deserve it.

God bless you and your husband.

It's me, the girl from BDO :star:

God bless to everybody :)
