For I0765 Form, should I tick :permission to accept employment"or "renewal of my permission to accept employment?" I was given a temporary work permit at JFK and has alreadt expired....so does that mean im only going to renew it right?

No you are not renewing it, You got your temp EAD based on your K1 visa, that is category A6. You are now applying for EAD based on your pending AOS that is category C9.

The correct response would be: "Permision to accept employment"
