i think i belong here,.. supposedly our case is already complete at the moment since our case was approved last january 14th, by that time my husband scheduled to take his vacation and visit me, resulting for delay processing. Last friday March 13, we are expecting to have a case complete news, unfortunately, i have some missing document that needed to submit.. Hopefully this week, a case complete news will be ours.. and have an interview by May..

Good luck to us!!

Hopefully you will get a May interview but it will all depend on when your case is completed and how busy your consulate is. Most of us here have been completed since January/February/early March. Good luck! :thumbs:

I love this site...I think I'll totally keep posting when I'm finished this journey. How about you all?

I would have been lost without VJ! I don't even want to think how long it would have taken us without all of the guides and help from other members! :clock:

I will definitely keep posting, although I think a short break after my POE is due!!

We still have "Removal of Conditions" and naturalization to go through together. :yes:

YEP! I'm dying to hear 'CASE COMPLETE' from the NVC AVR.. Got a question about scheduling interviews.

the NVC is the one that schedules the interview date? no matter where the beneficiary is located??

I-130 Application

09-06-2007 - Sent the I-130

01-02-2008 - Recieved NOA1

05-01-2008 - NOA2 approved!

05-09-2008 - Recieved hard copy of NOA2

05-16-2008 - Recieved the AOS Fee Bill with Manila Case number

05-18-2008 - Sent Choice of Agent via email

07-29-2008 - Recieved IV bill from the mail

09-10-2008 - Paid the I864 bill and IV bill

09-16-2008 - NVC mailed the Instruction packet agent to my hubby

09-28-2008 - Received hard copy of the instruction packet agent

09-29-2008 - Received the I864 packet

03-02-2009 - Hubby sent the I864 and DS230 to NVC

03-06-2009 - NVC received I-864, under review

03-10-2009 - NVC received DS230, under review

03-13-2009 - I-864 complete, still reviewing the DS230

03-19-2009 - Under NVC final review, the operator told me that i need to redo my DS230

03-23-2009 - CASE COMPLETE!!!

03-25-2009 - GOT A MAY 7 INTERVIEW!!!

03-26-2009 - received appointment letter from NVC through email

04-01-2009 - 2nd day Medical. PASSED!

well i am waiting on that wonder full news as well " case complete and that i am on the may interview list" I claim it in the name of Jesus. I also had a RFE but it basically was an error on the ds 230. so i am hoping that all goes well now by the grace of god.

My husband called NVC last night. He was told that Montreal is fully booked for April, they are "quite backed up" and we should call back in mid-April!! Pass the tissues! :cry:

Wow! I have been offline for a few days and see what you guys have been up to! I'm here waiting in theMTL line withyou OBX and Moosker! We WILL get May interviews! I am visiting the US right now so I am happier than I have been in months! I haven't bene calling at all. I just figure if the wait is that long it will be a while before they get to us. I can never get through lately anyhow. Here's hoping they are still scheduling into this week too! You just never know with this visa stuff do you???
