Anyone get I-130 approved 1st week of march?

We are Approved ! But I recieved our NOA 2 but I never recieved a NOA 1. Will there be a problem?

We are approved too!!! Actually we were approved lol because I had to call to find out they approved us 3 weeks ago! I never received the NOA2...

I think the NVC either lost my package or its on the bottom of a pile..I dont know its taking so long..

Congratulations! Your was really quick!

I called yesterday and they didn't even say it was under final review, she just said I have to wait till they start reviewing my documents, so I dont know how much more long it will take.

Hey I got some updates for everyone. On AVR this morning they said that I have missing documents, I knew it was the PCC from police district office. The operator did however say that we dont need to send it into the NVC but we only have to show it at the interview. They said they should be going ahead and completing the case in a day or 2 and the PCC must be shown at the interview. That is somewhat of a relief.

They said the next possible time for an interview will be in June but they wont schedule until 2nd week of May. I guess we all might have to lose about 1 month because of that. Look how much difference one week made. If we got approved last week, we might have been assigned an interview already.

What to do though, we got this far right?When I started in December I thought my wife couldnt come here until December 2009.

Hi Ben and Ash,

Congrats in advance I think NVC has heard a lot about some places in India giving hard time about getting PCCs, that's why they didn't require PCC right now and said to bring it to Interview... Yeeyyy!!! I love it as more and more people are getting through this NVC.. :dance:
