Yeah I got the same call back later from operator. I'm suprised they are taking this long, usually it goes pretty quick I thought. I hope the AVR gives us something today.

Just talked to an operator, was told to call back next week... She said I should be fine in terms of requiring 2008 taxes. She didn't have any idea about the login issue with Visa payment site. All she said that our system shows that payment has been received.

Next week!!! I can hardly wait for tonight or tomorrow..

Just talked to an operator. She said our I-864 was fine - reviewed and done. She said corrections were needed to our DS-230 and that originals were needed of some civil documents (birth certs etc). I told her I had sent originals and copies. I can only assume we made an error on the DS-230 (we did fill in all the "PRESENT" fields etc).

She did say they had received a package on 04/08/2009 that was being reviewed. Since we only sent one package for the DS-230 I assume they are still reviewing it. She sounded like it was possible that we may not really have an RFE (certainly for the docs), but that that was marked until the review was finished.

Basically we are to wait until we get an e-mail/letter in the next couple of weeks. I don't know whether to be happy or not. I guess I don't know much more except that at least my I-864 was fine :) Let's hope when I call back tomorrow (not 2 weeks) I'll know more!

Dated since 2004, 10/22/2008 Married in NY, wife left the country, returns on 01/06/2009 as a visitor (granted stay until July 2009)

01/15/2009 Sent I-130 package for CR1 to Chicago Lock Box, 01/19/2009 USCIS Chicago received the application

01/26/2009 USCIS sent out NOA1, 01/28/2009 Moneygrams Order cashed

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

03/18/2009 NVC received DS-3032 and it was entered into the system (I never received email confirmation)

Last week I got the same message about missing documents, but today I called to listen to the AVR and now it says ""The NVC has received the checklist letter response on April 10th...", so apparently they fixed it and my DS 230 is finally under review :)

Yay for you :dance: let's hope we all get similar news. I have a feeling the same might be true for us, but erally don't want to get my hopes up. Did you talk to an operator last week? When was it - what day did you have the nasty message?

I got the message on April 9th, and day 10 it was still there, but at night my husband called and talked to an operator and they said the DS 230 entered into the system that day and they would be fixing the message in the AVR soon. I didn't expect to be so soon really, cause I've seen cases of people waiting a long time till that message changes. But today there it was :)

You have similar dates to mine, soon we will be free from waiting :D

I think those of us who sent it both have to wait for both to be reviewed together. It may actually be to ur advantage that u sent them separately cz I am noticing some of u who sent ur paperwork after me already have either AOS done or DS 230 under review and I don't have anything done yet.
