Hello ALL<

I just called the automated phone system at NVC and it says that my NVC number was generated and it was put into NVC system on March 12, 2009.

What happens next?

ROC Journey

Sent I-751 : 4/5/11 (USPS Next Day)

Package received : delivered at 11:55 am on April 06, 2011 signed for by D RENAUD.

(check cashed on 4/12/11)

NOA :Received 4/13/11 (date 4/7/11)

Biometrics: 6/6/11 (date on letter was 5/9/11)

NOA: 10/18/11 - Received letter stating I-751 APPROVED

10/25/11 - Received 10 year GC.

I just called the automated phone system at NVC and it says that my NVC number was generated and it was put into NVC system on March 12, 2009.

What happens next?

Next in couple of days DS3032 and AOS bill will be generated. To know and get out NVC quicker checkout LingChe's shortcut under resources in my signature.

Hey I am working with lawyer so I dont know if I need the DS3032.

Champi...when I spoke to the live operator yesterday she told me that they dont have anything yet..but today I did the automated system and put in my USCIS receipt number and that is how I learned that a NVC case number was generated.

Hey I am working with lawyer so I dont know if I need the DS3032.

cool...so there is some hope for Monday....but I think the whole VSC system is on hold in terms of sending files to NVC. I don't know of anyone from who has received a case # in last 10 days, I mean from those who got approved at VSC. Thanks for the support though.

Hey ,

Does anyone know if my wife will need to change anything in her passport at all? She has her maiden name on her passport since she got it before our wedding and all the papers we filed with her maiden name.

Let me know if this should go to another forum.

01/18/2009- Mailed out I-130

01/28/2009- I-130 NOA1

03/02/2009- I-130 NOA2 - Approved

03/07/2009- I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

NVC Journey:

03/13/2009: NVC Received/Case number assigned for I-130

03/20/2009: DS-3032 generated

**/**/2009: NVC received DS-3032 Choice of Agent selection

03/23/2009: DS-3032 and AOS Bill and IV Bill Generated

03/31/2009: AOS & Fee Bill received by email from Attorney

03/31/2009: Paid AOS Bill and IV Bill online

04/02/2009: AOS Bill Show as Paid Coversheet Printed

04/15/2009: Had delay in receiving documents in Peru

04/16/2009: Sent required documents to Attorney from Peru

04/20/2009: Attorney receives Documents from Peru

04/28/2009: Mailed I-864 and IV (DS-230) Packages ( Attorney finally sends package after much delay from his office)

05/04/2009: I-864 and IV/DS-230 Packages Received by NVC, but not in the system yet

05/07/2009: IV/ DS-230 package scanned/ entered into NVC system

05/08/2009: Spoke to NVC Operator. All paperwork in order except 2 additional police records needed

Please let us know as you get your fee notices and letters from NVC. I am curious how long it will take. I read on another thread that it took 1 month to get info from NVC.

we got approved last March 5, 2009. We got the hard copy last March 12, 2009 (which was my bday).. Until now, we have no respond from the NVC.

CITIZENSHIP 06-19-2013 Sent N400 Application (Chicago Lockbox)


06-21-2013 USCIS received my N400 application


06-25-2013 USCIS mailed the NOA1


06-28-2013 USCIS mailed the Biometrics appt


07-01-2013 Received NOA1 and Biometrics appt letter
