Hi Jiskat,

I didnt get to look back at your thread but you need to provide the beneficiary's birth certificate and 2 copies of the beneficiary's passport pics.

So i need to include my husband's certified birth cert and his 2 passport photo? or MY passport photo?

Hi Jiskat,

I called NVC this morning and they still no information has been entered into their system yet. They have the standard please wait 2-4 weeks.

Does anyone think this will be a lucky week? I really hope it is...

I just hope they start processing my case and no RFE.... praying hard...

I wonder if they work on weekends? I know the operators don't but what about people who process files? I am hoping that either EOD today or tomorrow they get to our case. Let's see... This waiting is making me useless in all other departments of life....

Champi...when your spouse did the PCC from the local police off...did they ask him from how far back he wants clearance? They asked my wife if she wants it from the date of her birth or from 2000.

I'm pretty sure my lawyer said they received it based on the tracking number for the shipment, when I called NVC they say its not in the system yet..I think it takes a few days to show up in the system.

I just found out my package arrived at NVC, but still not entered into the system...

the operator told me to wait....... they've been telling the same words for almost 2 weeks now...

i asked them that i want to send them a hard copy letter request including the scanned copy of my passport but they declined.. they said that email is ok...

I just talked to the NVC operator. She said that the system is showing they received a mail today but she couldn't tell any more details about it. Yeeyy!!! :D

I am asking a questions concerning my father's tax info on our AOS package. He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcripts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package? I appreciate all your help and God bless!

10-03-2014 Interview/AP/USEM (no record of their medical,DAD needs to get an NBI explanation letter&new NBI clearance with his "aka"


10-8-2014 Mom called St Lukes and asked about the medical results, they said they submitted it already back in June


10-10-2014 Mom mailed the NBI Clearance of my dad


10-14-2014 NBI clearance delivered in USEM


10-06-2014 Visa Issued CEAC


10-09-2014 Got an email that my dad's visa was issued


10-14-2014 Visa delivered 11-29-2014 POE


12-08-2014 SS Card arrived
