Hi guys,

OMG I AM SO EXCITED!!! Just when I thought we would have to wait till Monday, WOOFREAKINHOO, I get an email from my lawyer stating our completed AOS/IV package is being overnited tonite and will get to NVC by Monday!!:dance::dance: YAYYYYYY Happy Friday indeed! I can now have a nice relaxing weekend as it's now out of my hands and lawyer's hand. I hope our ride on the NVC express is a smooth one!

I just received an email from NVC regarding the (AOS FEE LTR ONLINE ONLY).. I noticed that my name ANN is not correct. It should be ANNE.

How can i inform the NVC about this? And regarding the DS3032 form, i will print this out and signed it and send it immediately. But regarding the email, is it ok if i will use the DS3032 Form even there's no barcode in it? I was trying to edit it but its not working...

i am now worried about my second name ANN which should be ANNE... I called the NVC and i told them to correct it - the operator said that i need to submit a proof that my correct name is ANNE...... GGRRR!!

So i have to submit a copy of my passport grrrrr.!!!! It is their fault not mine!

GRRRRRRR IS RIGHT! I hope it gets fixed ASAP!! Good luck! :star:

I am still here and I am still waiting on my IV Bill... They got our DS-3032 on last Tuesday and they said it takes 5 business days to process it. I hope it gets processed today or tomorrow and I can go forward in this process.

One good thing that got resolved for us is whole PCC issue. US Consulate in Chennai confirmed that my husband can get both district police and local passport PCC from Bangalore since he has been staying there from 2005. What a relief!!!!

I am not sure if I should have done this or not. My IV bill changed from NOT INVOICED to NOT PAID. So I paid it (for the first time) even though I did not receive any email from NVC asking me to pay it. AVR is way behind, it still keeps saying "This case was entered into the system on blah blah blah...."

On the other hand, they had our DS-3032 since last Tuesday so it may very well be that it got accepted and so our IV bill got ready to be paid. When I've called NVC last week, they said it takes 5 business days to process DS-3032 and today is 5th day if you count Tuesday (or at least 4th day otherwise).

I hope this doesn't cause any issues....

I think once it says "not paid" you're good to go. Mine just changed today and I paid it, but it says it was generated on the AVR. We sent 2 DS-3230 e-mail and a snail-mail one. Hubby got an e-mail reply to the first e-mail one today saying they accepted it.

Hello,

Mine is moving along smoothly as well. Just got the email for DS3032 and the bill was generated which I went ahead and paid. I have the email ready to be sent out for DS3032. One question:

Do I need to attach the scanned copy of the DS3032 with bar code and my wife's signature? Or you guys simply sending the email with body text as explained in wiki link here

Please let me know asap as I would like to go ahead and get this done tonight. Hopefully and Good luck to everyone again.

 just getting dizzy with all these readings; instructions and following up on this forum, but thanks god for this forum and all you wonderful people.

Hey misr,

I don't have a straight answer for you but my experience may help you make conclusion. I did send them email with body text as explained in short cuts. I don't think it worked for me. I sent them email on Saturday and mail(UPS Next Day AM) on Monday. Email should have reached there within minutes or if we count next business day then Monday. Mail reached there on Tuesday. When I called NVC on Wednesday, they said they got our DS-3032 on Tuesday (which means our mail went through).

Thanks Champi. I guess we wont know if the mail was the snail or the e-mail type that worked for you. I also thought of something. When one sends an email from USA on behalf of the beneficiary; I'm sure that NVC checks the header information of the email to verify the origin of the email. I am thinking of having my wife log in from her country and send the email herself so that the header information on the email itself will have the right IP address originating from her country. I dont know if NVC are verifying that, but I like to test this for next 3 days.

Will update on what happens 3 days from now.
