I-130 Request for Further Evidence

Hello everyone,

My brother who is a US citizen filed I-130 for me about 9 years ago.

I am a Canadian Citizen and I received a notice for additional evidence last week. I have mailed whole bunch of stuff they wanted.

My question is, Does anyone know how long the wait could be to hear from US immigration again once the additional evidence is submitted ? I mailed my docs to California Processing center.

If ur brother filed i-130 for u 9 yrs ago.and now they r asking for evidence to obviously proof ur relationship with ur brother,in other words checking that u guys r brother or not it means ur file is on the table and they r reviewing it,once they recieve the evidence which satisfy them,they will approve ur petition and send u NOA2.next step ur file will be transferred from department of homeland security to NVC (national visa center),where it will sit and wait until visa is available.Ur sibiling filed for u ,it means u r F4 ,meaning last priorty category.Nowdays NVC dealing with the cases filed in 08 FEB 98 for F4 category.Now u can guess when will be visa available for u.
