Hello Everyone,

I just got a little bit of good news today....our application for I129F has been approved...

sorry I am to excited to search, for those who have been through this already

what is the next move?

Where the application goes next?

Is now too early for her to start preparing the required documents like NOCENOMAR and the other documents like that?

On March 10, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Congratulations! You better start to collect your documents now so she wouldn't be rush when the appointment of interview and medical will come. If she don't have passport she should apply now and get the CENOMAR. Goodluck.

Thank you all....

Yes, i was thinking about starting to get documents on my side....starting this week

and yes she already has a valid passport which is a good start ....

Is this the step called NOA2 in the forum?

Thanks again...

Congratulations!!!

Now you can call the NVC and get your MNL case number. Once you have your MNL case number, you can call the US Embassy in Manila and schedule an interview for your fiancée.
