G-325A form questions (apologies if this is a repeat)

Hello, I apologize if these questions have been addressed - I have been unable to find the answers to these in my search around here.

On the G-325A form (Biographic information), I know that I am supposed to fill out one for me, the sponsoring husband for my wife whose status we intend to adjust (currently, she is a student here in the US), plus my wife is supposed to fill out one for herself.

We are filling this out as requested (and required) by the I-130 form, Petition for Alien Relative.

One of my questions is regarding employment. To fill out the address, is a whole number and street name required or would a city and state suffice? If a whole number and street name were required, I will not have enough space to fill this information out on the form (and may need to just print and write it...).

The other question is regarding the checkbox near the end/bottom of the page "This form is submitted in connection with application for:". What should I check out for me and what should be checked out for my wife?

Should I just check "Other" and specify "I-130, Petition for Alien Relative" and she check "Status as Permanent Resident" since we are intending to adjust her status as a permanent resident? Or am I wrong in this matter?

Any info/help would be great. Thanks!

G

Well, it says to put down the full name and address, so I would definitely put down the full name and address. I had to really squeeze it into the boxes. If you have a fine-point pen it's possible (I also squished two lines of printing onto one line of the form). It wasn't fun. But so far *knock on wood* no RFE.

I checked "Status as Permanent Resident" on both sets of G-325A forms, since my forms were being submitted in conjunction with an AOS package...albeit not for me (the USC).
