I did, some people don't. I'll tell you why I did, cause the instructions appear to elude to the fact that they should be included. It says you must print off the confirmation page along with two copies, and mail that back with CHECKLIST ONLY...

I scanned the DS160 and made myself another two copies and I sent in 2 copies. They will just put it with your file when you go for interview, but worst case, you'll have it as well.

I didn't want to air on the 'not sufficient' side so I figured I would send it.

Well I didn't send it in.

It never mentioned to do it and I submitted it online. It mention twice on the DS-230 and checklist but never the DS-160.

I figured it was ok because some people filled their DS 160 after sending the packet 3 back.

It will be received tomorrow in Montreal so let's hope everthing is ok!

The packet 3 should arrive today at the embassy. I keep checking online but it keeps saying it was accepted at the post office last night :s
