I just got laid off from my job today and my fiancees interview is on april 20 2009.

I dont know what to do know.i already send her all the documents that she need from me

specially the i-134.Do i need to make a new i-134 coz i lost my job?Will they accept a co- sponsor still?

Im really worried right now.pls i need some advice.

You will need a new I-134 showing your new job (when you get it).

Or you will need someone else to sponsor.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Moving this to consulate embassy forum.

The consulate will want to know your current employment status, so yes a new I-134 may be requested. Many consulates want proof of present and future income (Pay stubs, Employer letter)

This is a frequent topic, It depends on the interviewing officer, some are strict about the I-134, the I-134 has no provision for a "Co-Sponsor" and the petitioner must be primary sponsor.

Most consulates will simply look at both I-134, and pick the one that meets the level of income required.
