Question about forms sent by US embassy

Hello,

My fiancee received from the US embassy in Bern 3 forms, DS-156, 156K and 230 with instructions

The NOA2 approval came at the right moment since I will be traveling to see her on April 2nd.

Is it up to me to find out what form(s) is(are) needed from my end or am I going to receive something from the embassy?

I know of only one I-134 (plus all supporting documents). Is there another form I need beside that one?

We are trying to have her interview set while I am there. Can I join her for the interview? Is it even possible?

The petitioner only needs to send form I-134 and supporting documentation such as copies or transcripts of tax returns, employer letter and copies of the most recent paystubs.

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
