12-18-2008: NOA2

12-29-2008: NVC received Case/Case # assigned

1-5-2009: DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill Generateed

1-8-2009: Emailed DS-3032

1-12-2009: Paid AOS Bill

1-13-2009: AOS shows PAID

1-13-2009: DS-3032 Accepted

1-13-2009: IV Bill Generated

1-13-2009: IV Bill Paid

1-14-2009: IV Bill shows PAID

1-20-2009: Sent AOS Packet

1-21-2009: Sent IV Packet

1-23-2009: NVC scanned both AOS/IV

1-29-2009: CASE COMPLETE

3-02-2009: First Medical

3-09-2009: Second Medical (Albania requires 2)

3-11-2009: INTERVIEW (PASSED!!!)

02-04-2009 : Visited my wife for 2 weeks. 02-22-2009 come back to US

02-25-2009 : Payment Received from my bank (AOS)

03-04-2009 : NVC has received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (Online)

Firstly, good luck with the interview!

Second, when she passes on the the process (questions, what they looked at, etc) would you please pass to me.

Third, when did she get her three police records? After NOA2? Again, my wife wants to get now but I asked her to wait until we at least get NOA2.

My wife is starting to get very nervous - do not even have NOA2 - but that does not stop her for worrying.

Thanks. You can get the police records anytime but I would advise either after noa2 or right when you anticipate your noa2. You dont want to get them too soon but not late either so that it delays your process. Those only take a couple of days to get so it wont be a problem.

Have her sneak in her answers as much as she can "because I love him very much." or something like that.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
