I am about file for IR-5 for parents.

doucuments i've submitted are:

I-130

My Naturalizatin certificate

parent's marriage certificate

and my birth certificate.

Name change affidative for mother.

is that about right?

2. Removal of Conditions [Complete/2007-2008/Total Days: 388]

3. Citizenship [Completed/2008-2009/Total Days: 113]

It took us 1496 days from day I filed I-130 to Citizenship & Oath.

01/20/2009 : Petitions package mailed to Chicago Lockbox (priority mail)

01/23/2009 : Package delivered (USPS notification)

01/29/2009 : Check cashed ( for Father)

02/02/2009 : Check cashed (for Mother)

02/03/2009 : Received NOA as notice date on 29th Jan (Father)

02/06/2009 : Received NOA as notice date on 2nd Feb (Mom)

05/26/2009 : Received I130 Approval letter (notice date May 19, 2009)

06/06/2009 : Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill

06/06/2009 : Paid I-864 Bill Online

06/09/2009 : Return Completed DS-3032 (by email)

06/23/2009 : DS-3032 accepted (by email)

06/24/2009 : Received IV Bill

06/24/2009 : Paid IV Bill

06/26/2009 : Returned I-864 package

07/24/2009 : Returned DS 230 package

08/11/2009 : RFE sent to NVC for Petitioners Birth Certificate

08/21/2009 : Case Completed at NVC (As per AVR)

09/02/2009 : Interview date assigned for 10/14/2009

09/14/2009 : NVC Left

09/22/2009 : Embessy received documents

10/06/2009 : Medical completed

10/14/2009 : Medical submitted, finger print, asking for to come again on Oct 23rd.

10/23/2009 : Visa Approved

03/04/2010 : US Entry (Houston POE)

03/17/2010 : SS Cards Received

03/25/2010 : Received Welcome Letter

What! No need G325As with PP pics?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

U will only need photocopy of "ur certificate of citizenship" and photocopy of ur birth certificate, showing ur parents name on it,u will not need ur parents marriage certificate @ this stage.
